Built for your association, not the average one
Every association management platform is built for a hypothetical median association. Yours is not that association. You have chapter structures with their own dues portions, membership categories the board added years ago, joint and household memberships, comp and emeritus rates, and a renewal calendar that made sense for good reasons.
Off-the-shelf systems handle all of this by asking you to approximate. Close enough becomes a spreadsheet on someone’s desktop, and before long that spreadsheet is what the association actually runs on.
We build and host the software ourselves. When your structure does not fit, we change the software rather than asking you to change the association. That also means custom development is part of the conversation — if you need something built that no platform offers, it is a scoping exercise and a timeline, not a feature request filed with a vendor.
